Summary : Fraudster Danny Desmedt is pressured by Marc Potvin, the director of the Federal Judicial Police, to infiltrate Freddy Bernaerts’ cartel. In exchange for information that will help Potvin and his deputy Karen Hofman bust drug trafficker Bernaerts, all pending charges against Danny will be dropped. At least, that’s what he’s led to believe… And so, Danny reluctantly becomes best buddies with Freddy. His mission isn’t without danger and becomes even more complex when Danny gets caught up in a power struggle with Lars, Bernaerts’ former right-hand man. As if things weren’t bad enough, Danny falls head over heels for his contact Hofman, who thinks he’s just a show-off. At first, that is … because over time, she starts to take a liking to him, with all imaginable consequences. But the largest obstacle turns out to be Freddy Bernaerts himself. His paranoid and greedy nature turns every attempt at a drug deal into a calamity. Danny and Director Potvin are at a loss: how do you bust a drug trafficker if he isn’t even dealing drugs?
